To adjust your blog page up, down, left and right your blog page, go to your blog template, click on customize tab and paste any of the codes in advanced custom css box..

 HTML {margin-top:-50px !important;}        -------- UP
 
HTML {margin-bottom:-50px !important;}      -------DOWN
 
HTML {margin-left:-12px !important;}             --------LEFT
 
HTML {margin-right:-12px !important;}            -------RIGHT

Adjust the margin number[px] depending on how you want to position your blog page. Then save and apply to your blog.  It is done.
