NIGERIA — Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday morning ordered the arrest of a soldier and other bike riders for illegally riding their motorcycles (popularly called okada) on one-way along the Lagos-Badagri road Ojo, Lagos state.
