The newly inaugurated Justice Iche Ndu Magistrates Court Complex in Rivers State has been accorded names by the State Governor, Nyesom Wike. Among the names given was one dedicated to the Governor's wife, Eberechi Nyesom Wike.
The governor said the move was a way of making sure he didn't leave office 'empty-handed'. The blocks in the complex were also named after other prominent figures in the state, including late Justice Elizabeth Membre, President of the Customary Court of Appeal and Justice Chibuzor Amadi. Governor Wike also paid tribute to Iche Ndu, a former Chief Judge of the state, by naming the complex after him.
