High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) sitting in Garki, on Wednesday quashed the allegations of false asset declaration against the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.

The Court went ahead to stop security agencies from investigating the INEC chairman over his valid assets declaration..
