Doctor treating Ebola patients in Sierra Leone dies

According to reports, one of the doctors leading the fight against the Ebola disease in Sierra Leone has died, days after contracting the virus. Dr Sheik Umar Khan caught the disease while treating infected patients in the town of Kenema, which has been badly affected by Ebola.
Sierra Leone's health minister Miatta Kargbo described Dr Khan as a national hero when she heard he had contracted the disease. More than six-hundred-and-seventy people have died from the disease, making it the world's deadliest ever outbreak.
