Scores of people burnt to death while scooping Petrol from a Tanker

 Scores of people are feared dead after a tanker exploded in Okobie, Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State on Thursday morning.

The petrol tanker was said to have broken down overnight on a road in the area and was leaking some of its product.

A large crowd of people gathered around the tanker, scooping petrol. Unfortunately, as the scooping was going on, there was an explosion which instantly killed a lot of people on the spot.
Many others were also injured.
