Lagos, NIGERIA — The Lagos State Command says over 50 hoodlums have been arrested in connection with the mayhem that engulfed Ile-Epo Market on Thursday morning. There was pandemonium on Thursday morning as brutal clash emanated among hoodlums in the area, leading to the setting of one part of the market on fire.
