Twitter has asked a US district court to identify a user known as "FreeSpeechEnthusiast" who leaked parts of the social media platform's source code.

The Federal Trade Commission is also investigating Musk's mass layoffs at Twitter as part of a wider probe into the social media platform's privacy and cybersecurity practices.
