- Share your work Load: Delegate or share your work load when necessary. Do not fall into the trap of thinking that “without me nothing can be done”. Sharing the load also extends to domestic affairs as well.
- Create Time for Relaxation: Job stress build up when your mind is constantly on work. Strike a balance in your life. Make time for your family, friends, hobbies and most importantly, have time for FUN.
- Practice Healthy Living: Start on a diet that is nutritional which assist your digestive system. Drink lot of water and cut down on your sugar intake. Also Take lot of vitamin supplements and ensure you rest adequately.
- Don not overdo things: Try to do things in moderation. Do not overwork, overeat, overplay or over drink.
- Exercise Your Body: Exercise regularly to help release endorphins, which releases stress.
- Take short breaks: Frequent short breaks during the day along with some stress exercise allow you to breathe deeply and relax your mind.
- Know your limitation: Recognize the difference between things you can control and the things you cannot.
- Create time to read and enrich your knowledge at your leisure.
