Hurricane Sandy and its Devastating Effect on America

Hurricane Sandy has left trails of devastation and unleashed chaos on America's east coast.

The storm caused massive flooding and lead to the shutdown of several major cities. 

At least 33 lives across seven states, plunging millions of homes into darkness and leaving the New York Stock Exchange shut for two straight days for the first time since 1888. More than 7.5 million people are without electricity.
