Diego Maradona in talks for China move

Diego Maradona is in talks to join an unnamed Chinese Super League team, following positive discussions between his agents and Chinese representatives in Dubai.
The 51-year-old Argentine has been out of work since July 10, when he was sacked by Al Wasl and replaced by Bruno Metsu, having failed to guide them to any silverware last season.
Agents Daniel Dos Reis and Diego Cativa met a representative of the Chinese club with Maradona in Dubai this week.
Dos Reis said: “We met in his house and [Diego] looked excited about the opportunity. Now the economic side is being discussed.”... 🗨 Comment
